Secret Moves

Currently we know of 3 characters with secret moves:

Falco Lombardi - Fox McCloud - Samus Aran

Falco's and Fox's Team Call:

Note: This "trick" only works once per stage

Select either Starfox stage, Venom or Great Fox. At any time, begin hitting Left, Right, Left, Right on the D-Pad, not the Analog or C-Stick. Although you may end up repeating the taunt many times, it may work quickly. Fox/Falco will then crouch down.

Once he stands up, the view screen one of the other 3 StarFox members will appear, with corresponding text and speech, a la the Adventure mode. This also seems to summon the Arwing attack on the stage, but is random in who it targets, as you can see on the video page. If you have unlocked the Sound Test, you can hear all the possible responses if you go under each characters folder.

Samus' Extended Throw:

Note: This works as a toggle, but if you die, you need to repeat it.

This trick will work on ANY stage, so long as you are Samus. To begin, rapidly press the D pad in random directions, just the like other trick, but tap Z as well. You should see her whip go out many times, then suddenly extend more than twice than normal. To use this new whip, throw it out as normal, but hit "A" when the person you wish to throw is touching it. Yes, unfortunately, it is no longer an auto-grab, but it has a new feature. Holding L instead of R to throw it out turns it into a homing whip. It will go to the closest character, regardless of direction, even behind you. Once you learn to activate it quickly and catch with perfect time, you should have no trouble getting back on after being thrown off a level as well.
